Frisch aus dem Krankenhaus - nach einer Operation am Zwerchfell, brauche ich einfach frische Seeluft und Erholung. Wir verabschieden uns von dem Spätsommer zu Hause. Wenn wir wiederkommen, wird es Herbst sein. Wir lassen uns noch einen frischen Haarschnitt für die QUEEN ELIZABETH bei Struwwwelpeter in Schwetzingen verpassen. Draußen sind es noch 23°C abends.
Fresh out of the hospital - after diaphragm surgery, I need fresh sea air and relaxation. We say goodbye to late summer at home. When we come back, it will be autumn. We're getting a new haircut for QUEEN ELIZABETH at Struwwwelpeter in Schwetzingen, Germany. It's still 73°F outside in the evening.We drive in Bruno's electric car. That means we have to combine a meal break and a shop somehow. This is how we eat at the Creperie ARpreti in Vendenheim near Strasbourg, France. There are galettes - savory crepes made from buckwheat flour.
Wir fahren mit Brunos E-Auto. Das heißt: wir müssen irgendwie Essenspause und Laden unter einem Hut bringen. So essen wir in der Creperie ARpreti in Vendenheim bei Straßburg. Es gibt Galette - herzhafte Crêpes aus Buchweizenmehl.Wir übernachten im Holiday Inn Schiltigheim. Ich hatte eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, aber den See sehe ich nicht. Was ich ja hasse: eine Glastür zum Bad, so dass es immer hell im Zimmer ist, wenn jemand die Toilette aufsucht.
